Large EU companies can no longer destroy unsold apparel.

Until recently, many large retailers disposed of unsold stock through destruction, a practice that was cost-effective compared to managing reverse logistics at scale. EU regulation ESPR now prohibits this. Every company with 250 or more employees must document and implement a circular solution for unsold goods. Reconditioning and return-to-stock is one of the most practical responses available.

Collection

We collect mixed multi-item cartons and arrange transport to our facilities.

Inbound & Storage

Pallets and cartons received, registered, sorted and stored by reconditioning priority.

Sorting

Goods to be reconditioned are split into mono-item / SKU / colour / size groups per client specs.

Reconditioning

Defect check, sticker and hangtag removal, refolding, new label and hangtag applied. Anti-theft devices added or removed.

Kitting & Boxing

Pieces grouped into kits, bagged, placed in mono-item cartons with systemic data entry.

Return

Ready cartons stored and transported back to the client on their schedule.
